Rockmills was taken over by Executives forming part of the Nolands Global Affiliation in 2014 and has since been re-establishing its formal presence on the Island with a Global Focus very much influenced by our African Roots and offering solutions and opportunities Within the African Continent and outside of the African Continent.

Ritesh is a Chartered Accountant and is a fellow member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountant of England and Wales (ICAEW) and that of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
He is a Licensed Auditor by the Financial Reporting Council of Mauritius. He also has an MBA in Finance and is an affiliate of CFE (Chartered Fraud Examiner) USA. A former KPMG Alumini , he has served as the Financial Manager for Groupama Insurance.
He was the Group Financial Director in the hospitality sector and the group was among the top 100 companies in Mauritius and he had also overseen property development by the establishment and successful launching of over USD 500 Million in Leisure projects. In 2014 he joined the Sugar Investment Trust a diversified investment group as CFO before launching his own Audit firm in 2016 and currently represents Nolands Inc. (One the largest privately owned auditing firms in Africa) in Mauritius.
He currently serves as the Chairman of various private companies and also acts as independent director in various global companies. Ritesh is also a registered Insolvency Practitioner.

Sanjeeven is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant who spent 20 years in Southern Africa and after completing his studies started his career at the Sugar Investment Trust, a Mauritian group holding investments in Sugar Companies, Power Generation, Leisure & Hotels with subsidiaries actively engaged in Agricultural activities, Agricultural &, Residential property developments, Leisure activities and event hosting.
In 2006, he took up the position of team leader with Crowe Horwath (Mauritius) where he was involved with the audit firm specializing in audit & consultancy in the Mauritian Global Business Sector and worked a select portfolio with clients involved in Investment Management & Holdings, Fund investment and Fund management, Investment Advisory services, Insurance Brokering services, Information Technology, Leisure and Tourism sectors, Shipping.
He was also the Finance Director of a management company before taking over with the Chairman, Rockmills Financials Ltd in 2014.
Francois is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since June 2015.He started his career as an auditor with KPMG Mauritius from 2000 to 2005 gaining experience in the Logistics, Consumer Goods, Textile and Hospitality. He then moved to the Financial Services Sector and has an accumulated 13 years holding various positions of increasing responsibilities from Money laundering Officer to Finance Manager. He Joined Rockmills in 2015.
Chitraduthsing completed his LLB at the University of Wolverhampton in 2005. Following his Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law (City University), he was called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 2007. Mr Lukeeram worked at Genga & Co. Solicitors as a Criminal Case Worker and thereafter joined the Mauritian Bar in January 2011. He practised at De Spéville-Sauzier-Desvaux Chambers following his Call to the Bar in Mauritius and joined us in January 2015.
He specialises in advising and assisting clients in all types of Criminal Matters, and is particularly interested in related areas of Civil Law. He is also engaged on Employment Litigation Matters and Family Law.
Mareemootoo is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). He started his career at KPMG in 1993 as Audit Junior and after spending almost 5 years with KPMG, he joined EY in more senior positions. He spent ten years working for big four accounting firms. In 2004 Mareemootoo joined the Sugar Investment Trust as accountant looking the hospitality arm of the group and spent one year as senior accountant. He joined Le Meridien Hotel as senior accountant and spent 4 years before joining Constance group as Financial Controller and after 3 years he joined St Regis as Finance Manager.
To enhance his career he accepted an offer within the group and worked as Finance Manager in Madagascar in one of the chain hotel for 5years. He has now joined the public practice and acts as an independent director on the board of Rockmills Financials Ltd.
